At FotonCandle, we want you to love your pearled candle experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. If your order doesn't spark joy, we are committed to making it right through a simple refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused Foton pearls, wicks, and containers back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
